Our Story
The Grove House is a family-owned restaurant with a simple goal: serve good food, have a good time, and make everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome.
For our family, the restaurant business has always been about more than food. It’s about family, community, and the people who become part of our story along the way.
Our family has been serving the local community through Mama Jean’s Home Cooking since 1994. What started as one family restaurant became a way of life — working together, serving our neighbors, and sharing our love of good home-cooked food with generations of customers.
When the opportunity came to open The Grove House, we wanted to create something that was uniquely ours while still carrying those same family values with us.
Located in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach, The Grove House is our take on a laid-back beach restaurant — a place where locals and visitors can come together for great food and good times.
Our menu features the foods we love to eat and love to share. From homemade pizza dough and sauce to wings, sandwiches, seafood, and more, we focus on serving food that is fresh, satisfying, and made with care.
We know that some days call for sitting down and enjoying a meal with the family. Other days call for grabbing a pizza and wings on the way home. Either way, we’re happy to be part of your day.
One of the best parts of owning a local restaurant is getting to know our guests.
